Annual Rotary District 5280 Picnic

The Annual Rotary District 5280 Picnic was held at Redondo Beach Seaside Lagoon on Sunday, September 14. Rotary Youthact from Roosevelt ES & Helen Keller ES attended with their parents and other family members. Roosevelt Youthact members as usual participated in the annual cardboard boat races. Thank you again, Joe Wang from Lynwood Rotary, not only for helping with the boat construction, but also with your attendance at this popular event. And of course, thank you Tila and Fernando Millan for your leadership for this event, which was enjoyed by a large a turnout from Lynwood of 75 Youthact members and their family members and friends.
The Annual Rotary District 5280 Picnic and Boat Races was a wonderful event enjoyed by all those Rotarians from the entire district who participated in the events, or were just there to cheer and encourage the participants.
